ESL News Stories offers paid memberships for ad-free lesson pages and downloadable worksheet PDF access. Subscription checkout and billing are handled through Polar.
Refund requests will be handled manually through support. To request a refund, contact us using the email address below. Please include the email address used for your account and the date of purchase.
If a refund is approved and processed, paid access may end when the refund is processed.
If you do not want your subscription to renew, you should cancel before the next billing date.
Normal cancellation stops the next renewal. Paid access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for charges that have already been processed. You will keep access to paid features until the end of the current paid period unless access ends earlier because of an approved refund, chargeback, fraud review, or another separate revoke case.
